Beach Vibes is the ultimate beach vacation condo for your family! Located in the heart of Destin, this Beach-Front condo has it all! Walk out of the building to the beach or explore the many fun and exciting attractions Destin has to offer. The Pelican Beach Resort features an indoor outdoor pool, two beachside pools, 2 Hot Tubs, a gym, a Sauna and a Steam room! For when you do leave this incredible resort, we are just a stone's throw Big Kahuna's, and a quick ride from Destin harbor where you can find premiere shopping, catch live music, enjoy great restaurants and even take a crack at the Escape room or Zipline! It's fun for the whole family!

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities once our initial pack is depleted.
Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% a refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking, otherwise the reservation is subject to cancellation.
The Beyond Blue Difference: Our vacation homes go above and beyond industry standards to ensure an excellently maintained property and relaxing vacation experience. Each home is serviced by professional cleaning services that are required to document their work and is inspected prior to each stay. Every property is assigned an individual property manager that is responsible to oversee all cleaning and maintenance so you have the best experience possible. Our guest services team is available 7 days a week to make sure you have someone to assist you or answer any questions. We look forward to your stay with us!

Overall we had a good experience at Pelican Beach Resort unit 2015. Good location on top floor to view the beach and Gulf on the East side of building.Great mattresses even on the bunk bed. Complaints: The shower head in guest bathroom needs to be replaced. The shower curtain in master bathroom should be replaced. The two brown casual chairs need to be replaced or deeply cleaned. One of them is VERY wobbly. We asked guest services for batteries for remotes and a new hair dryer for guest bath (it stopped working). Batteries were delivered early evening - we never received a hair dryer. There was no secondary lock on the entrance door. Finally, the elevators are in need of attention. Other than that our stay was very comfortable.

We loved this condo! It has a great view, the bedrooms and bathrooms were nice, as well as the kitchen and living room. The elevator gets busy at this resort, but staying on the 20th floor made it easier to catch the elevator! We would definitely stay here again.

Brought my husband and stepson here for a family vacation! We’ve stayed here before but not this exact unit. It was really great location on the beach with wonderful amenities. The only problem we ran into was standing water in the master bathroom tub.

We’ve stayed at the Pelican Beach Resort 3 years in a row now and this was our best experience yet. The views from the balcony were incredible and we loved watching the dolphins swim while drinking our morning coffee. So glad the pools were heated... I can’t imagine staying in Destin in April at a place without heated pools. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a huge plus... upon booking, I’m not sure this was noted, so we were pleasantly surprised to find both washer/dryer IN the unit itself. Years past, we dealt with putting on wet suits and using damp towels, so it was a game changer to be able to pop them in the dryer before heading to the beach/pool. The management team was accommodating and very friendly. We arrived early and they were able to let us get into the room earlier than the 4pm check in time. We will definitely be booking with them again!

My wife and I enjoyed a relaxing week in this unit and were pleased with the condo and the building amenities. The weather was a bit cold during the week, so we were pleased with the three heated pools on property. The white-sand beach was amazing to walk on and very clean. Overall, we were very satisfied with our time at the Pelican Beach property.

It was great overall. The light in bedroom did not work (flickering). Housekeeping was in there right before we arrived, so it should have been changed. Deadbolt was on door, but not functional. Sliding door in master bedroom did not lock. Toilet paper holder in bathroom would not stay on wall. Keurig probably needs to be descaled. Coffee did not taste right.
