About
"Sea La Vie" is the ultimate Gulf front condo in Sandestin Resort's premium Westwinds project. Includes a 6-seat golf cart and amazing lagoon pool!
The living area has wrap around windows overlooking the gulf and is furnished with a sofa sleeper, love seat, comfy chair and ottoman, and a large Smart TV. The dining table seats 4 with two additional seats at the kitchen island. There is supplementary outdoor balcony dining accommodations as well.
The master bedroom overlooks the Gulf of Mexico, has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second master with views of the ocean has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. The bunk room, also with beach views, has a twin over full bunk bed, with a large TV for movies and games. There is a queen sofa sleeper in the living area. There are TVs in every room.
Roam the 2,400 acre resort on the Sandestin Tram, no need for a car. The south side of the resort fronts the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and the north side fronts the Choctawhatchee Bay. The resort offers amenities for every type of person including championship golf courses, clay and hard tennis courts, and pickle ball courts. There is also a large marina on the Bay where you can rent a boat, kayak or paddleboard. You can enjoy biking, swimming, hiking, fishing, boogie boarding, miniature golf, world class restaurants, unique shopping and an array of entertainment options!
Golf Cart Policy: Please note that a $500 refundable security deposit, copy of drivers licenses, and proof of insurance must be received per cart prior to your arrival.
Starter Pack: We provide our guests with Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities once our initial pack is depleted.
Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% a refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking, otherwise the reservation is subject to cancellation.

This is our second year staying here. We love this place! We were a little disappointed with several things this year. The code for the garage and for our condo did not work. Our main concerns were that we felt like the place needed a good cleaning. The back bedroom had a stain on the sheets, shower liner was not hung correctly, the liner looked dirty, the shower rod is very rusted, there were smears on the back of the bedroom door. There was sand in the carpet by the kids bed. All the registers looked very dusty. Last year we feel in love with this place and really hated to see these things. Wondered if may you had changed your cleaning company.

It was a nicely decorated and comfortable beds. It would have been nice to have a few more essentials such as TP, paper towels, pens, pan spray, salt and pepper,coffee filters etc as those items tend to go to waste when you only stay for a short visit and have to buy yourself. Also hospitality site was not updated with correct codes and caused issues from start but staff was great at getting corrected and made more convenient for us. Thanks

Our third stay at Sea La Vie was as wonderful as our first stay. This condo is beautifully decorated and has everything you need for your stay. The view from the 17th floor is spectacular! The condo has everything you need for a great stay, down to the books and games for those inclement days. The property manager is very responsive to any issues you have. They even checked to see if everything was okay after a stormy night with two tornado warnings. Letoya from Beyond Blue was especially helpful. The golf cart is such a plus for exploring all that Sandestin has to offer. Westwinds is squeaky clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. We hope to snowbird here again in the future.

This condo was the perfect place for us to spend a month in! The decor is very up-to-date with very good mattresses (a huge plus for us). The unit was very clean upon our arrival and the management team was a dream to work with, especially Latoya. There was plenty of room for us and our two adult daughters to spread out the week they came to join us. We did not use the golf cart (too cold and windy) but it looked like a great ride. The whole Westwinds facility is very well done, with a heated pool (nice in January), a fenced-in kiddie pool, lots of beach chairs, and a nice boardwalk down to the ocean. We are already planning our next vacation to Westwinds using Beyond Blue Vacations!

This condo was beautiful and had stunning views. Perfect with 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths for our family of 7. We had a few items broken or messed up that I emailed about, and they came out and fixed/acknowledged immediately. The 6 person golf cart was a HUGE bonus! Our family will be back.

We arrived late on Sunday, but everything went smoothly. We stayed in this building last year, so we kind of knew want to expect. The unit was clean and bright. We spent a lot of time by the pool, on the beach, or just chilling in the unit. We did not cook at all so I cannot comment on the kitchen. The use of the golf cart was fantastic. I'm not sure I would rent in this area without one. We are starting to talk about where we will go next year, and this will be on the top of the list.

We stayed at Westwinds for the 2nd time on Fall Break. It's a great location with easy access to everything. The size of this condo was great for our family and big enough to host several other families for meals. The master is large and the large balcony has a great view of the beach. We loved the golf cart and enjoyed taking it over to Baytowne Wharf for dinner and up to Ben and Jerry's for ice cream. The kitchen had most everything we needed to prepare a meal. The management company was very responsive with some minor issues that we had. I read some reviews that mentioned the really soft master bed. Yes, it is very soft and kind of sinking. I didn't mind it, but my husband did because he likes a firmer bed. Check in and check out were super easy as well. Would definitely stay again.

Had two condos for 7 family members. This was the largest where we gathered for socializing with total of 10 family and friends. Very large central area and balcony, which was in the shade most of the day with great view of beach and ocean. Great pool, spa, tiki bar near beach. KCouple of problems were quickly taken care of by management company. Should plan to leave car in garage and use furnished golf cart to go shopping, Baytown golfing, etc. Needs a couple of improvements. Non slip rugs and properly working toilets.

This condo has been updated and decorated extremely well. Warm grey and blue touches add to the beach decor throughout the complex. No need to pack anything, the condo is equipped with it all from blenders to hair dryers and bath salts. Few house keeping items I would suggest but certainly not in anyway a deal breakers; rugs can use a non slip pad and ice maker needs to be fixed. We would rent this facility over and over. Having a Golf cart to take around the resort was awesome. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo. One last note, the HOA needs to work out the codes for their guests. This is not a reflection of the property but the HOA.

Gorgeous condo, view is amazing, love the decor. One of the nicest condos we’ve stayed in! The golf cart was a blast, we used it so much. We never left Sandestin until the last day, as there is so much to to do there! Pool was never busy, which was really nice. Loved the hot tub too. The AC in the condo was amazing!! So cold! Also, the unit was spotless when we arrived. You could smell the clean! My only negatives would be- 1) our dishwasher was broken for our entire trip. In their defense, maintenance came twice to work on it, but they couldn’t fix it. All of the appliances are new, so not sure if a part is broken or what. 2) the king bed in the master bedroom was very uncomfortable - the frame is metal so it squeaked every time you moved. Also the mattress is sagging and needs to be replaced. The other beds in the condo were comfortable. We splurged this year for our vacation so I’m not sure if we could afford to stay here again, but we would love to come back someday!

Great to get away to a new place and experience everything that Sandestin has to offer. The proximity of the condo to family and friends allowed them to visit, all while practicing social distancing, of course.
When we saw the pics of this unit, we instantly thought it was a trick of the camera and that it could NOT be this perfect!! It exceeded out expectations!!! So bright and airy and well appointed!!! The views were breathtaking! This condo is beyond magnificent! The company communication was also top notch! Kudos to the staff for doing such an amazing job!!!
